May be extended, however, total Engagement duration of such engagement shall be in no case more than 05 years and shall be subject to the prescribed upper age limit of 65 years. th 5 Educational Matric/Class 10 Pass Qualification 6 Eligibility Criteria Minimum Experience of 20 Years as Mine Foreman in underground metalliferous mines. 7 Statutory Certificate Should possess valid Foreman’s Certificate of competency (Un – restricted) Should possess valid First Aid Certificate 8 Mode of Selection Walk in Interview 9 Requirement for Walk Candidates are advised to bring the duly filled in application along in interview with one set of self-attested photo copies of all the certificates. They are also required to bring their original certificates in support of their claim for possessing Minimum Experience as required at row no 6 of this advertisement and documents for age, qualification, statutory requirement and last pay slip at the time of Walk-in-Interview. 10 Monthly Emoluments Rs. 39,000/- as fixed monthly emoluments + 15 % (As reimbursement of conveyance expenses) of fixed monthly emoluments = Rs. 44,850/- Per Month. 11
