About position The project focuses on identifying self-reactive immune cells and their repertoires and their targeting in Idiopathic Inflammatory Myositis. The selected candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment involving clinician and basic scientists, using cutting edge techniques including spectral flow cytometry and sorting, next generation sequencing and re-expression of immune receptors. Who should apply Candidates with a strong interest in immunology research and human translational research. Candidates are expected to be driven and curious and inclined to work in a collaborative research environment. Essential MSc or any equivalent postgraduate qualification in Life Sciences / Immunology/ Qualifications Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology etc. Candidates should have either of the following as per ANRF norms: 1. Being selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIR-UGC-NET including lectureship and GATE. 2. Similar fellowships exams conducted by DBT or ICMR or other similar agencies. Desirable 1.
