Doctorate in Science/Engineering and 15 years' experience out of which 05 years should be at senior management level in Information Technology (IT) or related sectors; OR Master's Degree in Science or Engineering or Technology and 18 years' experience out of which 05 years should be at senior management level in Information Technology (IT) or related sectors; OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology and 20 years' experience out of which 05 years should be at senior management level in Information Technology (IT) or related sectors; AND a minimum of two years' experience in the area of cyber security, guiding teams in handling cyber security incidents, interface with information security auditors and other security agencies.
